What is the turnaround time for an order?

  • Small orders ship in 5-7 business days after you place your order.

  • Bulk orders can take between 5-10 business days after you place your order.

  • Custom orders may take a minimum of 2 weeks to produce.

  • Rush orders are available at a 25% additional fee.

What is your minimum order on bespoke designs?

  • Custom orders require a minimum of 4 individual sets.

What are the dimensions of each piece?

  • Placemat : 17.5'“ x 12.8’

  • Charger Mat : 12.8”

  • Napkin Ring : 4”

How do I clean the items?

  • You may wipe them with a soft cloth and use warm water if needed. The items are not dishwasher safe.

Can I use my own design, pattern, or colors?

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

  • We recommend making separate orders for each location, or send us a message for custom requests here.

What is your return/exchange policy?

  • Because of the nature of these handcrafted items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns.
  • We gladly accept exchanges on non-customized items, but must be contacted with-in 7 days of delivery. 
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
